New HR / Payroll System Takes Effect This Week
Corporate has implemented a new HR/payroll processing system that may affect some payroll processes.
Paystubs: Paystubs will no longer be sent through an email link. The new employee self-service system is called CHORUS and is expected to be available October 1, 2026.
Early Deposits: Employees who normally receive deposits early through certain banks or paycards may experience delays. Regular payday remains Thursday.
Vacation Checks: Vacation checks will no longer be separate. All earnings will appear on one paystub.
Members needing help accessing the new system should contact HR or Payroll.

Monthly Meeting Calendar Is Live
Members can now add Local 41 monthly meetings directly to their phone calendar. Meetings are scheduled for the third Saturday of every month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The Local 41 Member Hub is being built as a simple place for members to find meeting information, workplace resources and important union updates.

Contract & Grievance Resources Are Live
Members can now search important contract topics, read plain-language Member Guides, listen to contract information using Read Aloud, and review the Local 41 grievance process.
